A magician gets admitted to the hospital after his heart failed while performing an underwater escape. House must try to diagnose him. In the meantime the fellowship candidates also try to analyze what is wrong is the patient as well. House believes the magician is a scam artist that almost drowned. House offers one team immunity from elimination in a challenge that involves Dr. Cuddy.
