House splits up the final ten fellowship candidates into two teams by gender. Their job is to diagnose and take care of a man who is wheel- chair bound because of spinal muscular atrophy. While the two teams try to find out what is wrong with the man, complications arise. In the meantime, Foreman decides to start his own team at his new hospital and starts to act like House.
